Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!
We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Products being returned must be unworn, unused, undamaged, not tampered with and properly protected.
We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion can still be returned if they meet the above conditions.
How do I make a return?

You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.

We recommend using registered express courier as we are not liable for any lost items in the post. You can also contact us to arrange collection with our couriers at R125 one way.
